Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer service

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened pet food (cat/dog kibble, dietary supplements, treats)
  • Opened hygiene products (aquarium and general pet hygiene items)
  • Already installed pond technical elements
  • Custom or made-to-order products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the following information:
    • Subject line: « Return/Exchange Request – Order #[your order number] »
    • Product name and quantity
    • Reason for return (defective, incompatible, unsatisfied, etc.)
    • Photos if applicable (especially for damaged items)
  2. Wait for authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions.
  3. Package your item: Carefully repackage the product with all original accessories and include your invoice.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to the address provided in your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Receive your refund or exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive your return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside France:

  • International returns may take up to 4 weeks to reach us
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
